EPISODE #42 (April 24th, 2006)
This week we have a car + technology theme throughout the show. We're talking tech news from the Mini showroom floor in Toronto and Jeff tells us how to make our cars iPod-friendly from the streets of Halifax.
Also, we're excited to be featured as one of the most popular web video shows in the May issue of Wired (they did a very thorough report about the state of online video), so pick up a copy if you get a chance! Have a great week!

You did see the date on the Duke Nukem Forever story?
Posted by: phaero | April 25, 2006 at 03:40 AM
No I don’t.
But if they are sending review copies to press then they must be pretty close to launching.

Duke nukem Forever/ Intel Macs were slipped in foxtrot today

"With the new iFruit I can run windows! And play...
1. Oblivion
2. Half-Life
3. Duke Nukem Forever... Someday.
My take on the subject:
Posted by: Judson | April 25, 2006 at 07:51 AM
...Wait, did you just say Duke Nukem was built on AJAX???
Um... how is that?
Posted by: Josh | April 25, 2006 at 08:01 AM
the DNF article was an April Fool's Day joke.
Posted by: Santiago | April 25, 2006 at 05:59 PM
Yes, we're planning to harass Mikey for a while about the DNF story ;).

Schnooku-u-u-m-m-s-s-s-s (insert high pitch whine please), we're not going to get corporate sponsors if you hint that you're getting in the hot tub! Work him Amb, make him wake up at 1 a.m. to come fix those broken episodes!
Missed all you guys during the podvidcastation holiday.
Ciao!

Love ya Mike, but the DNF story will live on in infamy.
Posted by: Stan | April 27, 2006 at 09:12 AM
Mikey, Mikey, Mikey... PLEASE check your article dates before you talk about Ajax based DNF, please...
I can run it on Windows XP or Mac OS X. So I can have it on either side of my Base Camp install.... *sniggers*

Dang, the XVID feed doesn't seem to have been updated, and that's the one I need because of my Zen.
Also, since you guys were talking about Pandora, I thought you might like Epitonic (www.epitonic.com). The best feature is definitely the radio, where you can choose a few genres to listen to, then click play. It'll give you a playlist which streams direct from the site, so you can just listen.
Very cool
Anyway keep up the good work (and sort out that XVID podcast!)

Amber, that "are you going to get your driver's liscence first" crack was THE BEST! Ole Heff had it coming big time. Keep that freak in line, girl...

Heff - good nickname! :)

Man, do I ever miss having G4 tech tv, I was in Radioshack the other day and they had it on, I stayed there for a half hour watching AOTS.
...I think they thought I was lost.
I get my fix with you guys now though... I think I could call myself a regular in terms of watching commandN, it's a nice run through tech happenings, for gadgets and whatnot. Keep it up.

Does anyone have any idea if you can get this "Director" title on Youtube if you already have an account started, or do you have to start a new account?
Posted by: Glen Matthews | April 29, 2006 at 10:38 AM
Glen,
You should be able to get it with your existing account.
